Shipping
Every Nevia instrument is quality-checked before it leaves our facility. Here is exactly what to expect from the moment you order to the moment it arrives.
Delivery times
Our average shipping time is up to 4 weeks from the date your order is placed. This window covers order processing, careful packaging, and transit to your address. Many orders arrive sooner, but we ask that you allow the full four weeks before getting in touch about a delay.
Delivery estimates can be affected by your location, customs processing for international orders, and periods of high demand around product launches.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow its progress. If you have not received tracking details within 5 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs, where applicable, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Any import duties or taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the checkout total.
